Terms of use

These terms are between the operator below (“we”) and the customer who installs or uses Haulcopy (“you”). The Marketplace name is Haulcopy: Scheduled Excel, CSV & PDF Export for Jira.

If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company. We are not Atlassian. Jira and Forge stay under Atlassian’s terms.

The license

We give you a non-exclusive license to use the app on the Jira Cloud sites where it is installed, for as long as the site has a valid Marketplace license or is inside the free allowance below.

You do not buy the app itself. You may not resell it or present it as your own product. You may not reverse engineer it except where the law that applies to you forbids that restriction.

Price

The intended price is free for a Jira site with up to 10 users, then $1.49 per user per month. Atlassian bills Paid via Atlassian apps and will show the live price on the Marketplace. We do not collect your card number. The app does not count users. It allows an export when Forge reports an active license, and it allows an export in development when Forge supplies no license. Files are not watermarked.

What you are using

The app exports Jira issues to Excel, CSV, and PDF, and it can repeat an export on a schedule. Behavior is described in the user guide. A schedule searches as the user who owns it. Files are stored on your Atlassian site and expire after seven days. The app does not email files.

Your data

Issue data, JQL, presets, schedules, and export files stay in Forge storage on your site. We do not run a separate copy. You are responsible for the JQL you run and for having the right to export the issues it returns. The privacy policy describes this. A data processing addendum is not this document and is not published yet.

Acceptable use

You may not use the app to break the law, to probe a Jira site you are not allowed to use, or to overload a site on purpose. One export runs at a time per site.

Support

Support is described on the support page. These terms do not promise Cloud Fortified or Atlassian Enterprise Certified support. We do not promise that a particular export will finish inside a particular number of minutes. Large searches depend on Jira.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided with reasonable care and performs as the user guide describes. We do not warrant that an export is fit for a filing, an audit, or a particular downstream workbook. Nothing here limits liability that the law of Portugal does not allow a contract to limit, including fraud.

For other claims by a business customer, our total liability arising out of the app is capped at the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, or for a file you did not download before the seven-day expiry, except where the law does not allow that exclusion.

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer rights apply and this section does not take them away.

Term

These terms apply from the moment the app is installed or used. They end when the app is uninstalled or the Marketplace license ends. Atlassian’s refund rules for Paid via Atlassian apps apply to the purchase. We do not run a separate refund desk.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. The courts of Lisboa, Portugal have jurisdiction, without taking away a right you have, as a consumer, to sue in your home court.
